History
The impressive Chovevei Torah building, the home of our Mesivta & Beis Medrash, has been a landmark in Brooklyn for the past 90 years. Once the home of the prestigious Chovevei Torah Congregation, it was acquired by Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitch more than 35 years ago. The apropos name Chovevei Torah, “those who cherish Torah,” has remained.
Our Vision
Chovevei Torah is a flourishing tight-knit Yeshiva filled with joy, rooted in core Chassidic values and Yiras Shamaim. We are devoted to superior academic achievement in both Hebrew and Secular studies and developing good Middos .
